My name is Matt Bryers.  I am the co-founder / CEO of TRITAC, Owner / Header Instructor at the Cage JSA (my school), and multiple black belt martial artist, with over 25 years of training.

Let's not BS each other.  Me and my team have a STRONG vision of what a Warrior is meant to be...

Skills Of A Warrior
  • Combat: A Warrior can fight.  He can defend himself, protect his loved ones, and have the confidence to deal with anything or anyone at any time.  A Warrior doesn't need to be an expert martial artist, he needs to focus on the skills that give him the power to FIGHT when there is no other option.
  •  Strength: A Warrior is powerful.  It's not just about having muscle.  It's about having a body that is strong and commands respect.  Anyone can do barbell curls. A Warrior doesn't care about how big his arms are, he cares about what he can do with the power of his body.
  • Mindset: A weak mind is a weak man.  A strong mind is capable of anything.  Without a strong mind, a man is not a man, nor a Warrior.  A Warrior takes support and guidance from their Tribe of brothers to help them reach the next level.  You're not alone.
  •  Success: Success isn't the amount of money you have.  Success is defined by the experiences you have in life.  The Warrior focuses on the ideal vision for his life.  He sees, tastes, hears, feels, smells and accepts the vision that being successful provides.
  •  Relationships: A warrior needs his brothers, and he needs his lover. They each provide essential support in finding his path.  It's a Warriors responsibility to develop and nurture these relationships.  Without them, a Warrior is not whole.
  •  Health: If you truly are a warrior, then your body MUST be able to function properly.  That doesn't just meant "working out".  You get out of your body what you put into it.

A strong martial artist is often defined by his Warrior Spirit.  It is the unseen and elusive strength found within the Warrior Martial Artist that is developed after many LONG years of training, suffering, and commitment to daily growth.  

A martial artist with a strong warrior spirit is not only successful in the dojo, he is successful in all aspects of life.  

People look at you differently.  They know you are a man that commands respect, but they don't know why.  A man with a strong Warrior Spirit doesn't have to tell people he has a strong spirit - but yet it is there and has a strong effect on the people around him.

Matt Bryers is a Soul Fighters Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, a 3rd Degree Kobukai Ju-Jitsu Black Belt, Co-Founder of the TRITAC System and Head Instructor at his Academy, the Cage JSA (TRITAC HQ).  Matt has been training Japanese Ju-Jitsu, BJJ, Hand to Hand Combat, Defence Lab, wrestling, submission grappling, and many other martial arts for over 25 years.
Matt spends most of the his time teaching, training and running his Academy; all the while evolving the vision of TRITAC.

Diogo Sampaio Araujo, also known as “Moreno” is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt from the Soul Fighters Academy in Rio de Janeiro. One of the hottest prospects to have come from the Soul Fighters Team, Diogo Araujo has conquered numerous important medals in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including a silver medal at the World Championships and a Rio Open title.
Moreno is also the head BJJ Instructor at the Cage JSA.
David Glueck
Cage JSA Strength Coach, Certified Strength Coach, Masters in Exercise Science, Athletic Trainer
David Glueck joined the Cage JSA in June 2018.   Dave holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science which he earned from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2016. Prior to his education at East Stroudsburg University, Dave earned his Bachelor's degree in Sports Nutrition from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania in 2015. Prior to joining The Cage JSA, Dave coached at Central Connecticut State University working primarily with men’s and women’s soccer, women’s golf, track and field throwers, and football teams. Before his stint at CCSU, Dave volunteered with the University of Mississppi and Mansfield University’s athletic programs. Glueck, a former collegiate baseball player, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) and a United States Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach (USAW-1).
